Antique Japanese kimono made of heavy, strong green, softly falling silk. The weave on the outside forms a fine, even craquelure pattern that shimmers differently depending on the incidence of light. The inner lining is made of white and green silk, also patterned by weaving. The kimono is in exceptionally good condition, both inside and out. A belt of the same material is included.

Antiker japanischer Kimono aus schwerer, kräftig grüner, weich fallender Seide. Die Webart der Außenseite bildet ein feines gleichmäßiges Krakelee-Muster das unterschiedlich schimmert je nach Lichteinfall. Das Innnenfutter besteht aus weißer und grüner ebenfalls durch Webart gemusterte Seide. Der Kimono ist Innen und Außen in einem außerordentlich gutem Zustand. Ein Gürtel aus gleichem Material gehört dazu.

Es ist unsere Verbeugung vor einer Kleidungs Tradition, die Schönheit nicht zur Schau stellt und sie dadurch nur um so mehr zu betont.
